Lost Lace is Silksong's true final boss, waiting at the bottom of Act 3's descent in The Underside. Her Void Thread Storm floods the deep arena while Echo Thrust replays the mirror-image thrust chains of her very first duel with Hornet — everything Lace taught you, returned as the last exam.
Win and you earn the true ending. There is no second chance mid-fight: your crest setup is committed before the door opens.
